WE ARE DISCUSSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT
*
I listen to what others are saying but I focus on formulating my own position.
I interrupt them when their views are contrary to mine.
I hear what only the distinguished/recognizable interlocutors say.
I listen carefully to everyone, I hold on to the points that are interesting, and when it comes my turn, I express my opinion honestly.
IN OUR DAILY LIVES:
*
We all have the same rights and obligations.
I adapt my tolerance in various situations so it benefits me prioritary.
I recognize the rights of others but with conditions.
I cannot hear views that are contrary to my social and cultural facts.
ABOUT SHARE:
*
We must share for any reason.
The moments we share must always be for beautiful situations.
Sharing is an expression of respect, solidarity, fellowship and collectivity.
It is good not to share with people of different racial and religious backgrounds.
ABOUT LEARNING:
*
Learning is a process that is only applied to young ages.
Access to learning must be possible for every human being and especially those with learning disabilities.
Only school learning develops personality effectively.
Learning means that I can reproduce a knowledge just as I assimilated it, without developing my critical thinking.
DURING MY HOLIDAYS, I AM GOING TO CHOOSE PLAYERS FOR A SPORTS TEAM:
*
I choose only men (I am a man) or women (I am a woman).
I choose my friends.
I choose from both sexes, trying to integrate people who seem not to be distinguished for their athletic abilities.
I choose the people I know are the best players.
IN PUBLIC DISCUSSION, A FRIEND (A) EXPRESSES HIMSELF IN VERY BAD WORDS ABOUT A COMMON FRIEND (B) WHO ISN’T HERE:
*
I avoid discussing the issue, hoping it won’t happen again.
Discuss the matter with the person (A) in such a way that it does not affect our friendship.
I discuss the matter with the person (A), and if he does not admit his mistake, I begin to worry about his personality and our friendship.
I agree with my friend (A) and I follow him in everything he says.
OUR TEAM LOSES A GAME FROM A LOWER TEAM:
*
We make self-criticism and move forward with optimism to win the next competition.
We do not accept that a worst team has humiliated us.
We discuss our mistakes and especially what the referee did.
At the end of the competition, we show our anger with bad behavior to express our feelings.
INTEGRITY MEANS:
*
To be forever faithful to our original positions and aspirations.
To have principles only compatible with the logic of our friends.
To have values that express our inner desires.
To have as a guide the Olympic values. Respect for ourselves and others. Sincere friendships. Excellence (=continuous effort) in everything good for us and society. Selfless solidarity. Equality.
SPORTS SPIRIT IS SHOWN WHEN:
*
We respect teammates and opponents inside and outside the competition.
We face our victory in moderation and our defeat in self-criticism.
We follow the rules of the competition faithfully even if there is no judge.
We apply all the above because we believe that these contribute to the improvement not only of human relations but also of reducing the differences of societies.
FRIENDSHIP MEANS:
*
The absolute identification of the aims and actions of two or more people.
The sincere relationship between people based not on interest or momentary enjoyment, but on sympathy based on common virtues and ideals.
The people with whom we should have a good time.
Everyday coexistence with others where there are no conflicts.
